Wait — that's it?

I know, I know. We could've had a big table with ticks and crosses to show which packages include what.

But it would just be a big table of ticks, because all of our packages include all of our features.

What's base memory?

Base memory is the amount of memory your server is guaranteed to have available. But don't worry — your server won't just stop working if it uses one byte of memory over your base memory.

In fact, there's no hard limit at all. But if many of our servers are all using lots more memory than their base memory, our automated system will stop the worst offenders.

We think this is a pretty fair balance between making sure all of our servers can perform well, and not limiting resources just for the sake of it. And fewer than 1% of servers are ever stopped by our system.

Can I change my server's package?

Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your package from our control panel, and it'll take effect immediately. We'll charge or credit you for the difference in your next month.

Can I cancel my server?

We'll be sad to see you go, but yes! It's just as easy as changing your package. You can stop your subscription at any time from our control panel.

You'll still have access to your server until the end of the month you've paid for, and then we'll delete it for good. Or, if you change your mind, you can restore your subscription before the month is over in a single click.

What if something goes terribly wrong?

We're always trying our best to make sure that doesn't happen. We'd love to hear from you if something's not right — you can contact us straight from our control panel.

But sometimes things don't work out, and that's okay. If things aren't going well in your first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund — just ask. That's our money back guarantee.

Outside of your first 30 days, get in touch if you're looking for a refund. We're quite flexible, and we don't want you to feel like we're ripping you off. In fact, we proudly share our refund policy which has all of the details.
